Carl Staffel has more than 25 years of technical, creative and marketing experience. For the last several years, Carl has focused on creating corporate identities and branding - including logos, brand designs, graphic standards, etc. for start-up companies, as well as compelling design work for several highly visible Texas firms.
Carl has provided solutions for PC and Mac-based environments, application selection and training, server security, wireless networks, internet connections, and domain registrations for several clients, including Pizza Inn, Alcon Laboratories, Epsilon, Rapp Collins and Cool River.
He previously served as vice president of sales for Big Color, the premier producer of wide format 3M finished products in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Carl defined and executed the market strategy that propelled sales for Big Color to over two hundred percent in one year's time. Big Color served a number of blue-chip clients, including American Airlines, ARAMARK, Bass Pro Shops, Brinker International, Chick-fil-A, Nortel, and the Y.M.C.A.
A former sailing fanatic and native of Corpus Christi, Carl has single-handed during the annual Rough Rider's Regatta, a two day race which starts in Brownsville, Texas and finishes in Corpus Christi, Texas via the intercoastal canal. Carl is married to Desiree and has two sons; Justin, 29, Captain, U.S. Army (Iraq and Afghanistan veteran), and Shelby, 27, owner of SS Tech Services, a professional IT provider in the DFW area.
Carl designs and builds mobile device websites and performs Micro SEO services. He is a competition steel shooter and currently shoots at the Dallas Pistol Club and ProActive Defense - Quail Creek.
